The application provides essential functions such as:
- Manage and distribute resident card, integrated resident card, car card.
- View information about the card, store points shopping
- Receive notices from the management, Q & A about the notifications.
- Call repair services (electricity, water, internet, TV, home ...)
- Call other services such as (help, cleaning, reap ...)
- View bills, pay monthly bills.
- Procurement of daily necessities.
- Calling the shuttle, booking at the restaurant, buying movie tickets, periodic health checks.
- Control of smart appliances in the apartment (need to install compatible equipment)
- Electronic completion book
The application is developed by the corporation itself and upgraded regularly to bring maximum convenience and satisfaction to the Sunshine residents. We would like to receive more and more comments from residents for better and better application.
